We're hiring: Key Account Executive (Specialty)
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned key accounts within the Specialty Channel to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Build strong working relationships with buyers, category managers, merchandisers, and other key stakeholders of assigned accounts.
- Support annual and monthly sales planning, including sales forecasts, account targets, promotional plans, product assortment, and new product launches.
- Negotiate and coordinate commercial activities with key accounts, including product listings, promotional campaigns, trade terms, visibility opportunities, and in-store activities.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and account performance to identify sales opportunities, performance gaps, and required corrective actions.
- Work closely with customers to secure appropriate product assortment, shelf space, product visibility, and promotional participation across stores.
- Coordinate new product listings and launches, ensuring product information, pricing, samples, documentation, and stock availability are completed according to customer requirements and timelines.
- Develop and execute promotional calendars with key accounts, including seasonal campaigns, exclusive promotions, new launches, and retailer-led events.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Supply Chain and internal teams to ensure sufficient inventory while minimizing out-of-stock and slow-moving inventory.
- Analyze account performance, category trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales and distribution growth.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, merchandising standards, pricing, promotional execution, competitor activities, and overall brand presence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, account performance reviews, sales forecasts, and post-promotion analyses for management.
- Coordinate trade budgets, promotional spending, purchase orders, claims, rebates, and other account-related commercial documentation.
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of account plans.
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution through new stores, new product categories, additional SKUs, and potential specialty retail partners.
- Support the Key Account Manager / Sales Manager in developing Joint Business Plans (JBP) and other strategic initiatives with key customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Modern Trade, Specialty Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Healthcare, Consumer Products, or related industries.
- Experience working with drugstores, health & beauty retailers, specialty stores, department stores, or modern trade accounts is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of key account management, retail operations, sales forecasting, promotional planning, and trade activities.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and account performance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products would be an advantage.
