Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key on-trade accounts, wholesalers, and distributor partners.
  • Lead and motivate the distributor sales team to achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Drive engagement and focus of distributor sales teams on the assigned portfolio of premium brands.
  • Ensure effective distribution of the brand portfolio across on-trade and wholesale channels, aligned with agreed brand and channel strategies.
  • Deliver budgeted sales targets and volume objectives.
  • Execute brand visibility initiatives within the on-trade environment.
  • Work closely with key customers to drive commercial performance and long-term partnerships.
  • Implement agreed Integrated Activity Plans (IAP), including channel strategies with and without distributors.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate brand promotions, activations, and events.
  • Manage A&P budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and compliance with agreed plans.
  • Manage partnership and pouring contracts to generate sustainable volume growth.
  • Identify and secure new on-trade customers across assigned channels.
  • Coordinate merchandising activities and deployment of Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
  • Monitor and communicate competitor activities and market trends.
  • Drive excellence in in-market execution standards through distributor collaboration.

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
  • Ability to interpret marketing strategies and translate them into actionable commercial plans.
  • Solid experience in budget management and value-driven decision making.
  • Well-organized, resilient, and persistent in achieving objectives.
