Job Description
- Lead supplier partnerships and co‑develop products that boost category performance.
- Drive category growth through sharp market insights and product performance analysis.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and campaigns to maximise sales and margin results.
- Ensure strong in‑store execution through regular visits, quality checks, and quick fixes.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and buying teams to deliver results.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in commercial sourcing or buying within retail or wholesale.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
- Highly analytical, detail‑driven, resourceful, and strongly results‑oriented.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage frequent travel and dynamic workloads.
- Able to start work at 7:30AM - 5:30PM for 5 working days onsite
