Job Description

  • Lead supplier partnerships and co‑develop products that boost category performance.
  • Drive category growth through sharp market insights and product performance analysis.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and campaigns to maximise sales and margin results.
  • Ensure strong in‑store execution through regular visits, quality checks, and quick fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and buying teams to deliver results.

The Successful Applicant


  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in commercial sourcing or buying within retail or wholesale.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Highly analytical, detail‑driven, resourceful, and strongly results‑oriented.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage frequent travel and dynamic workloads.
  • Able to start work at 7:30AM - 5:30PM for 5 working days onsite
