Make a difference as Key Account Manager who is responsible for promoting and selling Ingredion's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or group of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets by leveraging Ingredion's capabilities and deep understanding of customer needs to deliver differentiated customer solutions.

LOCATION: Bangkok, Bangna

REPORTS TO: Business Manager, Food, Thailand

DIRECT REPORTS: 1

WORKPLACE TYPE: Hybrid

What you will do:

  • To manage and maintain customers and also develop new customers.
  • To meet and build high level of customer relationship and projects with all major customers under the segments handled for Foods Thailand.
  • To coordinate with Technical Services and Business development team at key customers to introduce new trends and concepts and further develop new projects based on these trends.
  • To coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain internally and ensure timely delivery of the valued orders placed by customers.
  • To ensure customers respect and maintain the credit term offered and keep good track in collections.

What you will bring:

  • Postgraduate in Food Science
  • Minimum 7 years of working in Selling Food Ingredients with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Strong Technical knowledge and support mechanism.
  • Reporting and presentation skills.
  • Pricing and Sales strategy management.
