Key Account Manager (Supermarket / 7-11)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed target levels of sales in terms of volume, value and profit.
• Lead development and execution of customer marketing plans that deliver on channel, profit/volume plan, market share goals and meet customer objectives.
• Leading customer governance process; top-to-top, joint business planning and business review.
• Creating program through the translation of strategic plans into sales strategies to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
• Manage spending within given budget.
• Manage and control in-store execution to achieve the trade standards.
• Develop and gain agreement for and implement sales plan by key account customers.
• Manage the development of customer business strategy and annual plan to be in line with the company's objective and channel strategy.
• Develop and manage trading term for negotiation with customers to be in line with company strategy and within assigned budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, with a minimum of 3 years managing Modern Trade accounts, preferably 7-Eleven, Supermarket, or Hypermarket channels.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Joint Business Planning (JBP), Trade Promotion, and customer negotiation.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, forecasting, P&L, and budget management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business opportunities and actionable plans.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
