This position is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with Modern Trad and Beauty Store accounts to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share. This role ensures effective execution of business plans, promotional activities, and negotiations to achieve agreed objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key MT customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Prepare annual business plans and joint business plans (JBP) with MT accounts.
- Forecast sales and monitor performance against targets.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and visibility agreements.
- Ensure timely execution of promotions and merchandising plans.
- Achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
