Position: Key Account Specialist, Chinese Customers
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Key Responsibilities: -
- Executes global/regional sector strategy on country level (as aligned with global sector structure).
- Manage relationship with Chinese customers majority Sector: Automotive, Computer Components & parts, and Equipment & parts.
- Target Chinese Customers both Farming and Hunting new Customers.
- Location in EEC area, Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao and Industrial Estates.
- Wins, retains and develops Strategic Customers.
Qualification: -
- Native Chinese only
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 5-10 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
- Good understanding of sector issues in the global forwarding industry and knowledge of DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business models; customer experience.
- Customer management experience.
- Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships.
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
- Communication in English (Fluent).
