Role Summary

Coway Thailand is looking for a Korean–Thai Interpreter to support IT and Digital Transformation projects.

This role primarily focuses on Korean–Thai interpretation while offering opportunities to expand your experience in business analysis and project support.

We welcome candidates with experience in the IT industry, as well as those who are eager to build their careers in IT and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Korean–Thai Interpretation & Translation (Primary Responsibility)
• Provide real-time Korean–Thai interpretation during team meetings, project meetings, business discussions, and other work-related situations.
• Translate work instructions, meeting minutes, project documents, and other business materials between Korean and Thai.
• Facilitate smooth communication between Korean and Thai speakers by understanding and bridging cultural and contextual differences.
• Support communication among various stakeholders, including IT teams, business departments, and external vendors.
• Project Support (Growth Opportunity)
• Gather, organize, and document project requirements from business departments.
• Serve as a communication bridge between development teams and business users by translating technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand language.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) schedules and provide on-site support during testing activities.
• Identify and document opportunities for business process improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• TOPIK Level 5 or above.
• Business-level communication skills in both Korean and Thai.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field; candidates will be evaluated primarily based on relevant skills and capabilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Korean–Thai interpretation or translation.
• Experience working in an IT company, startup, or digital-related industry.
• Strong interest in IT and digital transformation, with a proactive and self-driven learning mindset.
• Experience working in a Korean corporate environment.
• Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
