Position: Laem Chabang Station Manager
Location: Talaythong Tower, Laem Chabang Branch Office
Key Responsibilities: -
- Oversee, manage and grow daily operations at the LCB site to ensure compliance with company standards and policies as well as company strategy, optimizing resources and maximizing profitability.
- Monitor and drive Customs team performance to achieve IKOs/KPIs and operational excellence.
- Ensure smooth office administration, workplace discipline, and resource management at the site.
- Review and report site performance, operational results, and challenges to senior management.
- Identify issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Act as the focal point of the LCB site including Import/Export for coordination with other stations, departments, and parties.
- Besides acting as a coach but also join with the Commercial team. On their meeting with customers for the thorough understanding. On the performances and requirements based on customers expectation while proposing the reasonably RFQ submission.
- Manage FTE against actual jobs file to ensure productivity and profitability.
Qualification: -
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, Import/Export processes, and operational compliance.
- Ability to represent the site at senior management level and work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong Leadership skills.
