Lead Auditor - Management Systems

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, conducting, and managing Management System Audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) to ensure compliance with international standards and accreditation requirements. The role also supports clients, business development activities, technical consulting, and continuous improvement of certification services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct management system audits.
• Perform document reviews, audit execution, reporting, and NC closure verification.
• Coordinate audit activities and maintain effective client communication.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain records in audit management systems.
• Deliver training, technical presentations, and professional articles.
• Provide technical support to audit and sales teams.
• Support certification service promotion and business development initiatives.
• Maintain audit qualifications and comply with accreditation and company requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management system auditing, implementation, or consulting.
• Qualified Lead Auditor in multiple management system schemes.
• Experience within certification bodies, manufacturing, industrial, or service sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel for audit assignments.
  
  

Specific Skills / Experience

• Knowledge of ISO management systems, auditing principles, and accreditation requirements.
• Experience in audit planning, reporting, and corrective action verification.
• Strong report writing, presentation, and training delivery skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and certification management platforms.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
