Lead Business Analyst & System Analyst

Jenosize Digital Group is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to fill a dual role as Lead Business Analyst and System Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in both business analysis and systems analysis to drive innovation and efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities:

● Business Analysis:

- Leadthe identification and analysis of business needs and requirements across various departments.

- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather information and understand stakeholder needs.

-Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.

-Develop and maintain data flow diagrams (DFDs), entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and other business analysis models.

- Partner with system analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

● Systems Analysis:

- Workclosely with developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement IT solutions aligned with business needs.

- Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or automation.

- Participate in system selection processes, evaluating potential solutions against business requirements.

- Develop and document system test plans and oversee system testing activities.

- Assist with user training and documentation for new systems.

● Leadership & Collaboration:

-Leadandmentor junior business analysts and system analysts within the team.

-Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments (business, engineering, IT).

-Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

● Process Improvement:

- Continuously analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

● 5+years of experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis.

● Proven track record of successfully leading and completing business analysis and systems analysis projects.

● Strong understanding of business process modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN). ● Experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., ERDs).

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus)
