LEAD CONSULTANT - SAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously improve the SAP regression testing capability
• Drive quality assurance across test execution release validation risk management and stakeholder communication
• Lead and coach the testing team
• Support onboarding and development of testing resources
• Strong understanding of business processes and sufficient hands on experience to challenge test coverage quality risks and release decisions

Technical Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in quality assurance within enterprise IT delivery
• 5 years of testing leadership experience
• Experience in leading teams of 5 20 testers
• Experience in onboarding coaching and managing testing resources
• Experience in building or scaling testing capability test factory or regression testing service
• Demonstrable experience with regression test programs across multiple domains
• Experience managing stakeholders across Business and IT
• Experience presenting quality risks testing status and release readiness recommendations to senior business and IT stakeholders
• Accountability for quality recommendations and release readiness assessments
• Experience with release management deployment validation and go no go decision processes
• Experience across multiple enterprise business domains ideally including Finance Procurement Logistics and or HR
• Strong end to end business process knowledge P2P O2C R2R H2R T2P

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience with SAP ERP or S 4HANA transformation programs
• Experience with SAP ERP or S 4HANA project delivery
• SAP Solution Manager and or SAP CALM
• Test automation strategy and governance within complex enterprise application landscapes
• Experience with SAP test management and automation tools
• Agile DevOps and CI CD delivery environments
