What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Supply Chain Process & System Development who will join our team in the Supply Chain Team, Operations Department.

  • Lead the digital transformation of SCM processes by identifying manual bottlenecks and deploying RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
  • Audit existing supply chain gaps and design To-Be processes that align with Arçelik Hitachi's global standards.
  • Establish advanced KPIs for tracking logistics performance, moving from descriptive reporting to predictive analytics.
  • Execute aggressive cost-saving initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain (warehousing, freight, and distribution).
  • 3PL Performance & Cost Benchmarking; move beyond service quality to cost-per-unit optimization and structural contract renegotiation.
  • Serve as the high-level liaison between HQ and the sales entities, ensuring PSI alignment and operational discipline.
  • Identify discrepancies between sales forecasts and actual inventory levels; enforce corrective actions to prevent overstock or stock-outs. Monitor aging stock, stock health, and PSI accuracy of sales entities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.

The position is an onsite position based in Sathorn, Thailand.

How do we describe a perfect match

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management within the consumer electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of import processes, logistics operations, and warehouse management.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA optimization and process mapping of modules related to materials management (MM), sales and distribution (SD), and production planning (PP)
  • Proven track record of implementing RPA or advanced Excel/ Power BI automations in a supply chain context.
  • Expertise in PSI management (Production, Sales, Inventory) and demand forecasting
  • Ability to challenge local sales teams and 3PL providers with data-backed arguments.
  • Excellent command of English. A regional mindset is a significant advantage.
  • Having experienced in reginal role will be advantage.
