Job Description

InnovestX (INVX) is the securities and digital asset trading platform of SCBX Group. This role leads the Application Support team and is the first line of technical response for production applications within the assigned scope.

You will act as Incident Manager for major incidents, own application monitoring and performance, and handle the application operations work — such as data patching and data correction — where no automated solution exists yet. You will also drive recurring problems back to the engineering teams until they are permanently fixed.

What you will own

  • Incident command. Lead major production incidents end to end — triage, severity call, escalation, restoration, and the blameless post-incident review. Publish the root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Proactive detection. Own application monitoring and alerting, so that degradation is detected before a customer reports it — availability, latency, Apdex, error rate, mobile crash rate, batch completion.
  • Permanent fixes, not workarounds. Turn recurring incidents into formal Problem records with quantified business impact, and partner with Platform and Development teams to agree ownership, priorities permanent fixes, and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Application operations and data remediation. Perform data patching, data correction and manual remediation where automation does not yet exist, under a fully auditable and controlled process — and steadily reduce manual effort through appropriate automation and process improvement.
  • Incident readiness. Design and lead major incident simulations and DR / BCP exercises, validating that RTO and RPO targets are achievable.
  • Team leadership. Lead, coach and develop the team, and own a sustainable 24x7 shift and on-call roster

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Proven experience as Incident Manager for major incidents in a 24x7, mission-critical, customer-facing environment — you can walk us through one you personally commanded
  • Strong hands-on diagnostic skills: SQL, log analysis, APM and observability tooling such as Dynatrace, API and integration troubleshooting.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud (Azure and AWS preferred), microservices and event-driven architecture — enough to triage across service boundaries effectively.
  • A track record of reducing recurring incidents through structured problem management.
  • Experience operating under audit and regulatory control — change control, evidence retention, segregation of duties.
  • Thai native and professional working English, written and spoken.
