About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who can elevate product experiences through exceptional design craft, strategic thinking, and leadership. In this role, you'll shape product design direction, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/ML teams to build intuitive, scalable, and impactful SaaS experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Experience & Leadership: 7+ years in product design, with at least 2 years of experience mentoring or leading designers.
• End-to-End Product Design: Strong expertise in research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Visual & Interaction Design: Exceptional attention to detail, layout, hierarchy, motion, usability, and overall product quality.
• AI-Powered Design: Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and designing AI-driven or intelligent product experiences.
• Design Systems: Expertise in scalable design systems, accessibility, reusable components, and consistent design patterns.
• Strategic Influence: Ability to influence product and platform-level design direction beyond individual features.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Experience coaching designers, conducting design critiques, facilitating workshops, and establishing design standards.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Ability to use research, analytics, and measurable outcomes to inform design decisions.
• Engineering Collaboration: Understanding of front-end implementation constraints and the ability to partner with engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Communication & Inclusion: Strong communication skills, an inclusive design mindset, and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Design Operations: Interest in improving design workflows, processes, tools, and documentation.
