Leader Supplier Quality Assurance

Your Task:

• Responsible of supplier quality concern management
• Responsible to issue and monitor supplier quality non-conformities
• Drive compliance of no-conformance process for the supplier material (e.g.: product identification, quarantine, product not mixed, supplier returns, scrap, etc.)
• Ensure compliance to component PPAP / approved deviation
• Monitor compliance of product traceability requirements and special characteristics for suppliers
• Lead incoming inspection process (incoming inspection of material according skip lot process, definition of inspection instructions, definition of characteristics to be verified, focus on special characteristics, identification of material status - approved/rejected-, quarantine of suspect/reject material, etc.)
• Monitoring the usage of ZF approved suppliers
• Monitor supplier quality performance (e.g.: supplier score cards, worst suppliers, PPMs, etc.)
• Responsible for the plant supplier escalation process (CSL, etc.)
• Responsible of supplier quality assurance audits for components and process (e.g.: go & see)
• Drive the cost recovery process for supplier related issues
• Responsible for Supplier LL&RA,
• Execute Supplier Safe Launch
• Responsible for Change management of serial components
• Comply with internal regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality or quality engineering in automotive/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, and core quality tools.
• Experience with supplier audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Certified Lead Auditor or Six Sigma certification
