Job Description
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in L&D, Training, HRD, or related fields.
- Experience in establishing Training Centers / Training Institutes from the ground up is preferred.
- Strong experience in Training Strategy, Competency Framework, TNA, and Training Roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Experience designing programs for Operations to Management levels and supporting multi-branch expansion.
- Proven experience managing Trainer / Facilitator teams and maintaining training standards.
- Knowledge of Training Compliance, Labor Skill Development Law, and PRB e-Service; course certification experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Training Budget, ROI, and Cost Analysis.
- Knowledge of LMS, E-Learning, and HR Technology.
- Strong Strategic Thinking, Analytical Thinking, and Project Management skills.
- Experience in F&B, Retail, or Multi-site Operations is preferred.
- Relevant Training / Instructional Design certifications are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing and submitting 200% Tax Deduction claims for employee training and development expenses, including documentation, calculation, and coordination with relevant government authorities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, HRD, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience managing a Trainer / L&D team of at least 3–5 members.
- Strong knowledge of training design and evaluation, such as the ADDIE Model and Kirkpatrick Model.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong Compliance documentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
