Legal Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Legal & Compliance Manager to support the Company's business operations, with a primary focus on advertising and regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and compliance advice on advertising, marketing communications, media content and related regulatory requirements, including reviewing advertising materials, campaigns, claims and promotions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and advertising media partners to provide practical legal and compliance support and help ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• Monitor developments in relevant laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines, assess their impact on the Company's business, and provide practical guidance to relevant business teams.
• Draft, review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents relating to the Company's business.
• Develop, review and implement the Company's legal, compliance and internal policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Support the Company on legal, compliance, corporate governance and data protection matters, including identifying legal and contractual risks, providing commercially practical solutions, supporting PDPA compliance, and liaising with regulators, external legal counsel and relevant stakeholders as required.
• Conduct legal and compliance training or awareness sessions for relevant employees and business units as required.
• Handle other legal and compliance matters and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 7 years of relevant legal and/or compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of advertising laws, consumer protection regulations and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and sound legal judgment, with the ability to provide practical and commercially-oriented legal solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with commercial and operational teams.
• Business-level proficiency in Thai and English.
• Good AI literacy and ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly in legal work.
