Legal Manager

Location : Rama 9,Bangkok, Thailand.

Are you a legal professional who thrives at the intersection of law and business BE8 is looking for an experienced Legal Manager to lead our contract management function and provide strategic legal support across a fast-growing, Salesforce-focused tech consulting company.

What You'll Do

• Preparing legal documents, contracts, and government documents.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, commercial & business contracts and government documents and providing feedback.
• Negotiating with the customer or vendor's legal to mitigate the business and commercial impact of the company
• Monitoring and checking legal provisions and regulations in compliance with the company's business and policy
• Providing legal advice and support on ad-hoc matters and assignments as required by any business unit.
• Identifying, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks arising from business operations.
• Coordinating and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external counsel, customers, vendors, and other relevant parties
• Completely executing process of contract management in compliance with the company's internal regulation and policyt
• Assisting in coordination with the external counsel to handle any various type of lawsuits to mitigate the company's risksKeeping files and documents well-organized.
• Updating information in accordance with the related laws and regulations
• Maintaining and consolidating legal documents.
• Coaching and supervising Legal Officer and legal team to work effectively according to their responsibility
• Assisting other related functions with administrative support.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum 7 years experience as a Legal Officer, ideally with both in-house and law firm exposure
• Strong knowledge of Commercial, Business, Civil, Criminal, and Labour Law
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritization
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good command of Thai and English
