What you'll Do:

• Review, revise, and draft various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide in-depth legal advice and opinions on business-related legal issues to support decision-making.
• Assist and consult with other departments to address legal concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the legal work of junior team members to ensure high-quality output.
• Advise management on legal protection and risk management, particularly in contract management.
• Handle and oversee complex legal matters, including foreign direct investment and antitrustlaws.
• Perform other legal tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors.

What you'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (or higher).
• 7+ years of professional experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents in both Thai and English.
• Strong knowledge and experience in commercial and investment laws.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai and English.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and coordinate across departments.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working in high-growth, dynamic environments, including semi-startup settings, is an advantage.
