Responsibilities
To provide legal counsel and support across the organization to ensure risk mitigation,
compliance, and protection of corporate interests. This includes managing contracts, regulatory
matters, legal disputes, and internal legal processes.
The role suits legal professionals with strong advisory and analytical experience especially
those from legal firms or in-house counsel roles who can operate strategically and crossfunctionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise executives and departments on corporate legal issues, transactions, and legal risks.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents (e.g. share
purchase, JV, service agreements).
3. Analyze and manage legal and compliance risks related to business operations.
4. Supervise litigation matters and coordinate with external legal advisors and regulatory
bodies.
5. Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and law enforcement as required.
6. Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments, and communicate changes
internally.
7. Develop internal policies and legal frameworks aligned with business strategy.
8. Deliver legal training and internal communications to enhance awareness.
9. Lead or support internal investigations and ensure procedural compliance.
10. Manage and develop legal team performance and professional growth.
Requirements
Required Legal Knowledge
- Corporate and Commercial Law (including M&A, BOI, JV, Restructuring)
- Labor and Employment Law
- Tax Law or Business Structuring (preferred)
- Legal Compliance, Risk Management, and PDPA
- Legal English & Contract Drafting
- Thai Regulatory Landscape (DBD, SEC, BOI, etc.)
