Job Purpose:
Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the company's operations, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations. This role involves providing strategic legal advice to management, managing legal risks, and overseeing the resolution of legal disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- :Legal Strategy Development: Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with the company's business objectives to mitigate legal risks and support growth initiatives
- .Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting the company's interests
- .Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across all aspects of the company's operations
- .Corporate Governance and Company Secretary Responsibilities: Serve as Company Secretary, including supporting board and committee meetings, maintaining statutory records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on corporate governance best practices
- .Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote ethical behavior within the organization
- .Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely advice to management and other stakeholders
- .Regulatory Affairs Management: Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies, manage regulatory submissions and inquiries, and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements
- .APAC Center of Excellence Support: Support the APAC Center of Excellence model by coordinating and responding to regional initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating the implementation of requests and projects driven by the APAC office

Qualificatio
