Legal Officer - Leasing Business (Location: Minburi)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Timely update law and regulation auto-loan business, and interpret into effective recommendation to related function and Top management Ex. Bank of Thailand, Hire Purchase Act, Collection Act, OCPB
• Prepare documentation, legal transaction and support business function, related to regulators
• Directly report to Legal office Department manager and Director
• Support business function comply with Auto-Loan law and regulation by providing recommendation or opinion

Qualification:

• At least 2 years in Auto-loan or banking
• Bachelor's or higher in Law, and hold lawyer license.
• Well knowledge in Hire purchase and leasing law, Civil and Commercial law, Enforcement of judgment law, Consumer protection law, PDPA, NCB and AML
• Outstanding assessment ability legal matter to non-legal people
• Strong communication, detail oriented and ability to do multitask.
• Good communication and presentation skill in English
• Work location: Bangchan Industrial Estate (Minburi)
