Legal Specialist

1. Commercial Contracts & Transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to equipment supply, EPC (Engineering,

Procurement, and Construction), energy storage, and renewable energy projects.

• Provide legal support for joint ventures, technology licensing, procurement, supply chain

management, and export operations.

• Ensure that all contractual terms comply with applicable laws and regulations,

international standards and internal corporate policies.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Ensure adherence to laws governing new energy manufacturing, environmental

protection, import/export, customs, trade documentation, and occupational health and

safety.

• Assist in obtaining and maintaining operational licenses, energy project permits, and

environmental approvals.

• Monitor and interpret updates in energy, industrial, and environmental legislation to

assess potential business impacts.

• Oversee compliance with international trade laws, sanctions, and export control

regulations.

• Collaborate with logistics and customs teams to address import/export issues and mitigate

related risks.

3. Immigration & Employment Law

• Provide legal guidance on visa, work permit, and foreign labor compliance matters.

• Work closely with HR and external agencies to ensure compliance with Thai immigration

laws, BOI (Board of Investment) requirements, and foreign employment regulations.

• Develop and review internal policies for foreign employee management, renewals, and

compliance audits.

4. Corporate Governance & Risk Management

• Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation for company branches and

manufacturing sites.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks related to renewable energy

production, including lithium battery recycling and waste management.

• Conduct proactive legal risk assessments for new technologies and product development.

• Monitor and evaluate evolving laws affecting energy manufacturing, ESG, and

sustainability compliance.

• Support management in implementing effective internal risk control mechanisms.

5. Dispute Resolution & Litigation Support

• Handle pre-litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel for dispute resolution.

• Oversee document collection, internal investigations, and case tracking to ensure timely

resolution.

6. Legal Advisory & Training

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Development,

HR, and other departments.

• Conduct training sessions for management and technical teams on regulatory compliance,

ethical business practices, and contract management.

7. Policy Development & ESG Support

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of internal sustainability and ESG-related

policies.

• Support ESG reporting, audit preparation, and carbon footprint compliance reviews.

• Participate in sustainability-related due diligence and third-party audit processes.
