Legal Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day legal support for the Thailand company;

- Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts;

- Contract review for advertising, media, commercial partnerships, suppliers, and clients;

- Corporate governance, labor and employment, intellectual property, and compliance matters;

- Liaising with Thai law firms and other professional institutions;

- Assisting with China–Thailand cross-border investment and related legal matters;

- Coordinating legal and regulatory differences between the China headquarters and the Thailand team.

Essential qualifications:

- Fluent in Thai, Chinese, and English,with the ability to review contracts and communicate externally in multiple languages;

- Legal experience in both China and Thailand, with familiarity with the Sino-Thai business and commercial environment;

- Experience in corporate legal departments, law firms, or as a legal entity of a Chinese company in Thailand — any of these is acceptable;

- Valid legal work permit in Thailand ;

- Strong emphasis on practical capability, communication skills, and the ability to drive business forward.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of legal experience;

- Currently working and living in Thailand;

- Experience with large Thai enterprises, listed companies, or law firms;

- Experience in China–Thailand cross-border investment;

- A Thai or Chinese legal qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
