As a Live Streaming Host, you'll take center stage to promote our products, engage with viewers, and create unforgettable live streaming experiences that will boost our brand's presence and sales. Your Responsibilities:
- Engage & Entertain: Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, showcasing our products in an engaging, fun, and dynamic manner that resonates with the audience.
- Sales Focused: Promote and sell products directly through live streaming, using your charisma and communication skills to build rapport with viewers and encourage purchases.
- Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in the products you're presenting, providing clear, informative, and persuasive descriptions to help customers make buying decisions.
- Interaction with Viewers: Respond to comments and questions in real-time, keeping the live stream interactive and engaging while building strong relationships with the audience.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align live streaming content with product promotions, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
What We're Looking For:
- TikTok Savvy: Familiar with TikTok and its live streaming features, and experience in selling products online through live platforms is a plus.
- Confident & Charismatic Personality: Comfortable and confident on camera with the ability to captivate and entertain a live audience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication with the ability to engage, explain, and sell in an exciting way, with English proficiency preferred.
- Sales Motivation: A strong desire to hit sales goals, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Learning & Growth Mindset: Eagerness to grow your skills, improve your live streaming techniques, and increase product sales.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible Hours: Prepare for live broadcasts on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and national holidays. Willingness to work night/morning shifts is required.
- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, with 5-6 hours dedicated to live streaming and 2-3 hours for preparation and show production.
- Time Off: 1 month off every 6 days to ensure work-life balance and recovery.
