JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will be providing technical support to all internal and external clients including but not limited to customer, sales, marketing, service and project for power, thermal, monitoring solution, any or all of above.
Responsibilities
- Technical Consultation
- Conduct technical assessments of customer requirements
- Provide expert advice on power, thermal and monitoring solutions
- Create technical specifications, statement of compliance to requirement and solution proposals
- Analyze customer applications and recommend suitable products
- Customer Support
- Responding to technical inquiries from customers and sales teams
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Provide technical training to customers and internal teams
- Support proof-of-concept implementations
- Sales Support
- Work closely with sales teams to develop technical solutions
- Attend customer meetings, marketing events, product presentation and demonstrations
- Prepare technical documentation including solution proposal and presentations
- Help develop winning proposals and cost estimates
- Product Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of power thermal products
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products
- Provide feedback for product development
- Document technical specifications and use cases
- Project Management
- Coordinate with various departments for customer solutions
- Ensure technical deliverables meet customer expectations
- Bachelor Mechanical Engineering degree
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of power systems and thermal management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Project management experience
- Customer-focused mindset
- 2-3 Years Experiences
- Diligent, honest, patient, highly disciplined, and with an unlimited commitment to providing support.
- Proficient in Thai and English communication skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Committed to service excellence and goal-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and being self-driven.
- Applicable knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with data center facility and critical power systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of data center standards and procedures related to electrical and mechanical system.
