Logistic Planning Manager

Job Description

• Direct, manage and optimize all resources connected to the planning process with the goal of achieving minimal total costs and meet customer requirements within a high complexity plant operation.
• Direct and control the design of information flows, incl. master data and logistics processes related to planning logistics within a high complexity plant operation.
• Coordinate and balance conflicting interests arising within inventory management, material management, sales scheduling, and demand planning process with internal / external stakeholders within a high complexity plant operation.
• Ensure the implementation and application of global (logistics) standards (e.g. process).
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with regional logistics to consistently increase logisticsperformance.
• Responsible for controlling all planning logistics processes, ensuring high efficiency in inventorymanagement, material management, production planning, sales scheduling, and demand planning by usingthe standardized.
• Involvement in logistics agreements with customers & suppliers in cooperation with those responsible.
• Involvement in inter-departmental workgroups and projects for the coordination and optimization of SOP andEOP, carrying out day-to-day tasks related to new products and others.
• Participation in global strategic projects and facilitate pilot projects.
• Cross-plant responsibility regarding logistics planning tasks.
• Leading of intercultural teams & Project Management.
• key Performance Indicators.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor/Master degreewith Logistic or Related field.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) at least B1 Common European Framework.
• Strong data sense and good analytical skill.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time,collaborating and influencing across different cross-functionalteams.
• Excellent customer focus and interaction with risk control underbusiness compliance.
• Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications withinthe relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in atarget-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.
• Guiding, instructing, and supporting employees infunction-related tasks.
• Result oriented and clear mindset of deadline.
• Participating in hiring process and responsible tosustain the team performance and evaluation as wellas qualification demands.
