Logistics Coordinator (5 days work) / West

Our client is an established organisation in the Warehousing and Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current business expansion, they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team and support their growing operations. They are located in the West Central area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and implementation of operational projects.
• Coordinate with different departments to support project activities.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers when required.
• Support the team in monitoring daily operations and project progress.
• Follow up on project tasks, timelines and outstanding issues.
• Assist in identifying operational issues and areas for improvement.
• Prepare simple project schedules, updates and relevant documents.
• Assist with collecting and organising operational data and reports.
• Assist in preparing updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Operations/Logistics Management, or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between different work sites when required.
