Position: Transportation Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$20$40/hour
Commitment:1040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic transportation prompts spanning urban transit planning, traffic engineering, rail and aviation systems, maritime logistics, supply chain coordination, and infrastructure development.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, feasibility, regulatory alignment, and clarity.
- Write high-quality human-authored gold responses for complex transportation planning or operational scenarios.
- Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in regulatory environments, geographic constraints, demand patterns, safety requirements, or system design assumptions.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones (technical, policy-oriented, operational, explanatory) and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving unrealistic system design, regulatory misinterpretation, flawed logistical reasoning, or safety oversights.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of professional work experience in transportation planning, infrastructure development, logistics operations, traffic engineering, transit systems, or a related domain.
- Active professional familiarity with transportation systems in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong understanding of local infrastructure standards, safety regulations, and operational practices within your linguistic and cultural context.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language.
- Ability to exercise careful, systems-oriented editorial judgment.
