As a Logistics Specialist, you will implement logistics and warehouse operations programs, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and lead team members to support reliable incoming materials, storage, distribution, and finished goods operations. This role reports to the Logistics Supervisor, Ban Khao Din and leads the Logistics Team at Ban Khao Din Plant.

What you will do:

• Manage efficient incoming, storage, and distribution of raw materials and packaging materials in the warehouse to effectively support production plants.

• Update inventory and stock records for incoming and outgoing materials in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count, annual stock count, and effective replenishment planning.

• Monitor material and finished goods shelf life, inventory levels, and aging to support proper disposal of obsolete materials in compliance with company policy and government legislation.

• Manage warehouse layout, space utilization, and operating processes to prevent damage during unloading, storing, and picking while maintaining quality, safety, and cost compliance.

• Preserve warehouse conditions through layout improvement, repair and replacement of tools and equipment, and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and transportation operations.

• Coach finished goods and materials warehouse team members to comply with GHP, safety requirements, company guidelines, and policies while continuously improving performance.

• Support special project assignments and ad hoc requests under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor, Ban Khao Din.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain experience in the food industry is preferred.

• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects and productivity improvement initiatives.

• SAP system skills or knowledge of other ERP systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or equivalent Food Quality Assurance systems, along with a good command of English.
