M&E Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage design documentation and technical submissions to consultants.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities throughout the project.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth and timely progress of M&E works.
• Conduct inspections in accordance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
• Perform testing and commissioning works, particularly for plant rooms and machine rooms.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution and accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with technical drawings.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Knowledge of local codes, standards, and submission procedures will be an advantage.
