Job Description
- Daily checking and approving repair estimates.
- Controlling and expediting vendors to repair equipment according to their capacity.
- Coordinate with Regional MNR for the estimates of repair exceeding local limit
- Daily monitor MNR performance of all appointed depots.
- Minimizing repair costs while ensuring all units meet ZIM criteria.
- Responsible for 3rd party claim damage after consignee return empty container at our depot.
- Manage relationships with depots to streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with customer service team to ensure all exceptional cases are resolved promptly.
- Implement advanced technologies to improve daily tasks and reports.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- University Degree and 2 years of experience in the maritime industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skill
- Positive attitude
- Microsoft office knowledge
