Maintenance Engineer (Junior Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery and equipment.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and improve machinery to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.

• Support production lines by responding to equipment issues and maintenance requests.

• Execute preventive maintenance plans and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Manage spare parts, maintenance tools, and equipment availability.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production and related departments.

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Environmental, and company standards.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including RCA, 5S, Kaizen, and QCC.

• Prepare maintenance reports and provide technical recommendations.

• Support equipment installation, relocation, and emergency maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering field.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Forklift operation experience is an advantage.
