Maintenance & Reliability Manager

THE ROLE

Lead reliability, AM/PM/TPM, cost-effective maintenance, safety and quality foundation, project readiness, and team capability to support stable production performance across the plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Production Reliability: Work with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to improve equipment reliability, reduce breakdowns, and sustain stable performance through AM, PM, TPM, OEE loss analysis, RCA, MTBF/MTTR improvement, and follow-up actions.
• New Projects / New Initiatives & Global Technology Support: Ensure maintenance and reliability readiness for new equipment, process changes, global technology initiatives, and VSU, including PM/TPM readiness from Day 1, system understanding and maintainability, spare parts readiness, training, control program stability, and quality handover documents to sustain reliable system operation.
• Cost: Meet maintenance cost targets through cost-effective repair decisions, spare parts optimization, downtime reduction, and effective prioritization of maintenance effort.
• Foundation — Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards, Quality requirements, ISO, GMP, 5S, LOTO, CIL, inspection routines, abnormality management, and documentation discipline.
• People: Build technician and operator capability through coaching, structured training, hands-on problem solving, standard work, PDCA, Kaizen, and strong ownership of work quality.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or PLC/Control Engineering.
• 3–6 years hands-on experience in maintenance, reliability, automation, manufacturing, or TPM.
• Knowledge of AM/PM/TPM, OEE, RCA, 5S, Kaizen, and shopfloor problem solving.
• Good English and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and regional teams.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and ability to coach technicians or shopfloor teams.
