Maintenance staff

Job Description

• Machine repair / troubleshooting to support production 24/7.
• Cause analysis and countermeasure implementation at shopfloor.
• Perform preventive maintenance and TPM as plan. Preventive maintenance improvement.
• Trouble shotting machine with programming knowledge of PLCs (Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth).
• Support machine electrical safety release in manufacturing area.
• Daily report and breakdown analysis report. Creating WI & OJT for maintenance job.

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical & electrical engineering or related field

Qualifications:

• Basic English level
• At least 2 years experience in maintenance job of automotive industry
• Diploma at least 4 years experience in electrical power field
• Engineer at least 2 years experience in electrical power field
• Good Attitude
• Able to work under high pressure
• Deliver full spectrum of Maintenance services to shopfloor operations
• Problem solving skill
• Technical knowledge & skill in maintenance job
• Knowledge & skill in Preventive maintenance and TPM
• Teamwork and service mind
• Teamwork and coordination with other departments
• Basic computer skill
