• Salary: $3000 - $3800 (depend on exp)

Job Description

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing department to ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyse business data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision- making.
• Support and participate in departmental and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in structured leadership development initiatives, mentoring, and practical assignments.
• Actively engage in training and learning programmes to develop business, commercial, and leadership competencies.
• Rotate across different departments over a 5 to 8-years development programme to gain broad business exposure and prepare for future management roles.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• With 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and basic analytical tools.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
