- Understanding client business goals and solving the challenge with logical analytic-driven approach.
- Crafting presentation deck/report together then presenting to the clients for an approval.
- Conduct End-to-end researches-- from data collection, analysis to visualization with various method from desk research, survey, interview.
- Strong academic performance in your undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Excellent research and exceptional analytical thinking skills
- Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on teamwork and communication skills.
- Self-direction, with the ability to work with ambiguity and learn quickly
- Creative (Resourceful) thinker and self-initiative problem solver [Preferred]
- Native-level Thai speaking and writing skills
