Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Rangsit. The Sales Associate will engage with customers in-store, understand their needs, and provide product information and recommendations to support purchasing decisions. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, demonstrating products, processing sales transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation in the sales system. The role also involves coordinating with team members and contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and a helpful, professional attitude.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
Self starter and highly motivated.
Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple customers, tasks, and priorities efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, follow instructions, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Comfort with learning product information and using basic digital tools or software related to sales.
High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail in all customer and transactional interactions.
Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
