Job Description

  • Lead and manage initiatives supporting agency recruitment, agent engagement, retention, and platforms such as KTAXA ADVISOR / KTAXA ADVISOR X.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project plans, timelines, and progress; adjust strategies to meet objectives.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to review progress and strategic initiatives.
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy for recruitment, agent professionalism, and sales lead management.
  • Translate business goals into a product roadmap; prioritize features based on business value.
  • Serve as SME and primary contact for inquiries/issues; partner with Product Owners and development teams.
  • Execute pilot projects, refine processes, and ensure smooth official launches.
  • Track and analyze performance data, develop dashboards, and prepare reports for management.
  • Manage Agency TO budget planning and expense tracking for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management, or agency operations
  • Understanding of Life insurance business
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and data dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present findings to management.
  • Budget management experience with focus on efficiency and effectiveness
