Job Description
- Lead and manage initiatives supporting agency recruitment, agent engagement, retention, and platforms such as KTAXA ADVISOR / KTAXA ADVISOR X.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and ensure alignment.
- Monitor project plans, timelines, and progress; adjust strategies to meet objectives.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to review progress and strategic initiatives.
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy for recruitment, agent professionalism, and sales lead management.
- Translate business goals into a product roadmap; prioritize features based on business value.
- Serve as SME and primary contact for inquiries/issues; partner with Product Owners and development teams.
- Execute pilot projects, refine processes, and ensure smooth official launches.
- Track and analyze performance data, develop dashboards, and prepare reports for management.
- Manage Agency TO budget planning and expense tracking for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in project management, or agency operations
- Understanding of Life insurance business
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and data dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present findings to management.
- Budget management experience with focus on efficiency and effectiveness
