Manager Corporate Strategy

Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Corporate Strategy Manager

Role Overview: Drives organizational effectiveness by translating executive vision into measurable KPIs and strategic initiatives. Leads corporate planning, facilitates alignment across business units, and supports executive decision-making with data-driven insights

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & KPI Frameworks: Develops and manages corporate strategy roadmaps, KPI-setting processes, and planning cycles
• Alignment & Facilitation: Conducts workshops and cross-functional sessions to unify goals and ensure strategic coherence
• Strategic Projects: Executes high-impact initiatives, monitors progress, and provides risk analysis with mitigation strategies to leadership
• Business Intelligence: Analyzes market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Executive Support: Prepares executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations to guide decision-making
• Internal Communication: Simplifies complex strategies into clear messaging for employees, fostering engagement and alignment

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, PMO, or CEO Office roles
• Expertise in KPI design, strategic transformation, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong skills in executive communication, workshop facilitation, and project management
