Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of SME Business, you will drive digital growth by leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and amplify content across social media and e-commerce platforms, driving customer acquisition, increasing sales conversion, and strengthening overall brand presence.
In this role, you will leverage deep expertise in digital channel management, apply data-driven insights to guide decision-making, and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver scalable and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Digital Growth team to drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and overall performance of the SME business
- Develop and execute digital growth strategies across social media and e-commerce platforms to expand SME merchant engagement and increase platform traffic and conversions
- Oversee content strategy and execution for SME-related communications across digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and relevance to target merchants
- Monitor and analyze cross-channel performance data including traffic conversion and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and maximize return on investment
- Manage and allocate digital marketing and content budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve growth and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal marketing and cross-functional teams to develop localized and customized campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support SME acquisition
- Identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize digital funnels including content performance, paid media, and e-commerce touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles, preferably within e-commerce or digital platforms
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive marketing and growth decisions
- Hands-on experience with digital media and performance marketing platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads
- Creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and experiment with new growth initiatives
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
