The Manager, Finance& Accounting will serve as the Finance Lead for Green Mobility Thailand, overseeing end-to-end financial management, accounting integrity, financial planning, statutory compliance, and performance reporting. This role will partner closely with business and functional stakeholders to strengthen financial governance, support investment and funding decisions, and enable sustainable, profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

Financial & Statutory Accounting

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness;
  • Oversee preparation and submission of Consolidated Returns Package (CRP) for Group consolidation;
  • Ensure compliance with Thailand accounting standards and Group reporting policies;
  • Drive statutory reporting, tax filings, and external audits, including liaison with auditors and regulators;
  • Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance frameworks.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes;
  • Perform variance analysis and performance tracking against budget and forecasts;
  • Prepare management reports with insights on revenue, cost drivers, margins, and profitability;
  • Support achievement of key financial KPIs (e.g., EBITDA, PBT, cash flow).

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements;
  • Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements;
  • Drive optimisation of working capital (receivables, payables).

Finance Operations & Controls

  • Oversee full spectrum of accounts payable, receivable, billing, and general ledger activities;
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of financial accounts (including Gentari Go accounts);
  • Strengthen financial processes, systems, and reporting accuracy;
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

Corporate Finance & Investment Support

  • Support execution of financing strategies, including equity and debt funding;
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation, and project returns;
  • Support financial structuring for strategic initiatives and expansion projects.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to financial governance, Group policies, and regulatory requirements;
  • Drive risk identification and mitigation across financial and operational areas;
  • Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Corporate Services Support

  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Procurement, and other stakeholders on finance-related corporate matters;
  • Support the set-up and continuous improvement of procurement processes, chart of accounts (COA), and delegation of authority (DOA) requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is preferred;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience across finance, accounting, FP&A, statutory reporting, audit, tax, or treasury, with demonstrated progression in finance leadership roles;
  • Experience in mobility, energy, infrastructure, or a fast-growing business environment is preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis;
  • Experience in audit management, tax compliance, internal controls, and group consolidation processes;
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Strong analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills, with high integrity, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgement.
