Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develops and prepares financial plans and budgets.
- Take ownership of all cost planning and controlling activities to ensure that plant KPI related to spending, capital and HC target are met.
- Compiles and reviews the budgets for respective part of the organization, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income.
- Implements budget planning processes and supports divisions /organizational units with their budget planning.
- Conducts financial analysis such as forecasts, trend analysis or internal gap analysis.
- Responsible for month-end closing and cost allocation including charging according to Company policies.
- Responsible for business case analysis, provide recommendation to business partners and management on financial/business analysis alternatives to ensure next level of productivity and growth target are met.
- Provide deep analysis and simulation study to support strategic decision via financial modeling to business partners and management.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience or may formally train junior staff.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Over 10 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)and Costing.
- Proven experience in multinational manufacturing businesses, including planning, costing, financial analysis, and managerial accounting.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and financial systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Good command of English.
