Responsible for effective delivery of end-to-end Compensation and Benefits activities
- Act as a day-to-day compensation and benefits interface for the assigned business including C-level, people team members, head of divisions, line managers in assigned areas(s)
- Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, legal, HRSC, payroll and Sales Operations on various Total Remuneration processes to identify and lead new initiatives
- Implement Total C&B processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
- Monitor C&B programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
- Manage year-end increment & bonus schemes, including computation of increments and bonuses for staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and C&B, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced organization.
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional compensation regulations, compliance requirements, and market benchmarking practices (APAC experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR Shared Services to drive HR operations and total rewards initiatives.
