Job Description

What awaits you

You will act as the team lead for the HRM & Admin team, serving as the senior point of contact for HR policies and guidelines. Provide expert advisory services for complex HR inquiries and lead the coordination for both internal and external audits.

  • Policy Management: Regularly update and review internal policies to ensure alignment with current labor laws and group standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive compensation frameworks and benefit packages (e.g., health insurance, health checkup, provident funds,).
  • HR Budgeting: Lead the annual HR budgeting process, forecasting manpower costs and managing expenses effectively (e.g. salary and bonus process, HR cost charges)
  • Health, Safety, and Work Environment: Oversee the health, safety, and work environment in alignment with group policy. Initiate and promote activities that enhance employee mental and physical health, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Office Management & HR Administration: Oversee office facility management, including vendor contracts and the maintenance of a productive workspace. Manage essential HR-related administrative functions, including housekeeping, messenger & driver, receptionist, security, stationery control, and general administration with building management.
  • HR Projects: Implement and lead assigned HR and administrative projects.
  • Other assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

What should you bring along

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and excel in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Good command in English both verbal and written.
