Responsbilities
Strategic Consulting
- Partner with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders from Japanese client organizations to identify key success factors, formulate strategic directions, and develop change management plans.
- Lead diverse consulting teams to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions while ensuring exceptional project quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, managing expectations and facilitating effective communication between Japanese and Thai stakeholders.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Japanese client organizations across multiple functions and management levels.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through executive-level presentations and high-quality client deliverables.
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive client success and long-term business growth.
Business Development
- Drive business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events to expand professional network
- Contribute to new business acquisition through thought leadership and relationship building
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high delivery standards and foster professional growth
- Contribute to development of company's consulting methodology and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
- At least five years of relevant experience at a top-tier consulting firm, or an outstanding academic record from a top-tier MBA program.
- Experience serving Japanese multinational corporations or managing projects involving Japanese executives is highly preferred.
- Industry expertise in the automotive, agriculture, or food sectors is preferred.
- Experience in operations management, manufacturing, production control, process improvement, product development, or new business development is a plus.
- JLPT N1 (or equivalent professional Japanese proficiency) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, English, and Thai.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Exceptional ability to create professional deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports
- Proficient in data-driven decision making using facts, analysis, and logical reasoning
Professional Capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing client priorities
- Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments (including factory settings)
