Manager of Machine Learning

Our Corporate Risk Office of Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. plays an integral part in helping the group companies within Charoen Pokphand Group to achieve the entities objectives and to manage performance, optimize risk exposure in financial, operation, and minimize non-compliance and business mishap.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with the group companies to solve real world complex business problems and to fundamentally improve and grow the business in the sustainable manner. We're looking for an outside-the box thinker with extensive experience in end-to-end NLP, Anomaly detection and Machine learning modelling and bringing it into real business use

Responsibilities:

• Leverage cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP), Anomaly Detection, Machine Learning

(ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to optimize and streamline business processes and decision-making

• Build, test and release services incorporating Anomaly Detection, NLP ML and AI models

• Stay up to date on the latest developments in the fast-moving NLP and ML space by reading papers and documentation for toolkits such as Tensorflow, Keras, AWS and others

• Write programs to cleanse and integrate data in an efficient and reusable manner

• Communicate with internal and external clients to understand and define business needs and

appropriate modelling techniques to provide analytical solutions

• Evaluate modelling results and communicate the results to technical and non-technical audience

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineer, or another quantitative field

• 3+ years of practical experience in developing NLP and machine learning models

• 3+ years coding in Python, R, JAVA or other programming languages

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) problems such as language modeling, language

identification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, lemmatization, and summarization

• Experience with Anomaly Detection problems such as fraud detection, network intrusion detection, Manufacturing quality control, Website performance monitoring, Credit card transaction monitoring, System resource monitoring and system health monitoring

• Experience with API test automations is a plus

• Basic understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus

• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus

• With a can-do attitude and be an active advocate for Quality and the Customer

• Experience with Big Data Ecosystem is a plus
