Responsibilities

• Manage project planning and execution for electrical building systems. Collaborate with clients and service providers to define project scope and conduct field surveys. Handle project evaluations, budgeting, documentation, and technical specifications. Analyze and select appropriate systems while evaluating project budgets. Prepare and finalize design documents and technical specifications. Coordinate e-Submissions to authorities related to utilities services and building regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Registered Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore, or Specialized Professional Engineer, or completed FEE and preparing for the Practice of Professional Engineering Exam. Certified Design for Safety Professional. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management and design. Proficient in engineering analysis and design software, including Electrical OM, ETAP, and Dialux.
