What awaits you
Product Planning Scope:
- Develop of financial products and campaigns for BMW Group Brand and ALPHERA Brand finance.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure and smooth launch of new financial products and campaigns.
- Lead Product Planning, Specialist for supporting F&I or Salespersons and Dealers.
- Prepare and analyze business performance by providing related reports on time.
- Analyze customer data, current market conditions, and competitor information.
- Maintain financial parameters and sales master data in related IT systems.
- Develop business requirements and end-to-end participate in IT-system development projects
- Support the calculation engine for any related systems (i.e., DSK, Engage, Ambit)
- Provide support to S&M units on Product& Planning relating tasks.
- Provide support to Financial Seller in terms of financial calculation.
- Advise Dealers and Salespersons on the inquiry into financial products & campaigns.
- Prompt to ad-hoc assigned by the supervisor.
Corporate Sales Scope:
- Develop sales and marketing Corporate Sales campaigns for BMW, MINI and MOTORRAD throughout related procedures and launch them on the market.
- Identify current market situation (especially on corporate sales) and collect information about competitors including captives, non-captives in terms of interest and operational competency.
- Communicate effectively to counterparties for corporate sales campaigns, materials, and related information to dealers network.
- Conduct SF training to dealers network.
- Coordinate closely among SF internal and dealerships in order to improve corporate sales performance in terms of boosting sales performance (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Track KPIs/ Funnel on weekly/monthly basis, to keep management informed current situation and further needed actions.
- Coach F&I to improve their sales performance and corporate sales topics.
- Handle corporate customers from approaching, proposal presentation, negotiating and closing deals by working closely with BMW Sales team.
- Steering and Lead Opportunity for Corporate Customers.
- Fulfill further requirement per company's target.
What should you bring along
- Bachelor's degree with major in finance or marketing
- Work experience, Leadership experience
- 10 Year- experience in auto business and 7 Year- experience in international company
- Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc.
- Fluent EN speaking, MS. Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Good at presentation skills
